Every day, you use web applications created by others on the internet. A web application, to better illustrate, is a website with advanced functionality. A web application could be, for example, your company’s CRM system – and the functionality itself has been tailored precisely to your business needs.
A web application is designed to solve problems in your company. A well-designed web application aims to streamline processes within your company and automate as many procedures as possible. With proper automation, your employees can focus on other tasks, and the application can perform repetitive tasks for them. To better illustrate the problems a web application can solve, let’s use an example application developed for one of our clients.
Our client operates a restaurant business. They have six locations where they provide services, and their employees work across multiple locations. Manually planning a schedule for multiple locations took several days, and any changes caused significant confusion. Each location has several roles, such as Cook or Customer Service. During the week, from Monday to Friday, two people work in customer service and one in the kitchen. More staff may be needed on weekends.
An additional task was to develop a system that would centrally store information on overtime, vacation, and sick leave.
Our application provides an employee dashboard where they can intuitively submit their availability for the next month, check all their shifts, report their sick leave, and leave. Additionally, employees can download their shifts in PDF format.
A separate dashboard has been created for the administrator, allowing them to approve overtime/salary/leave, and, above all, have access to schedule editing.
The most important element of this application is the schedule generation module – it collects work schedules from employees. The application then performs several thousand attempts to create a schedule to fill all shifts in all locations. Thanks to this solution, the time to create a schedule has been reduced to a few dozen minutes per month. Any changes to the schedule are less of a problem thanks to the visibility of employee changes across locations.

When creating web applications, we use modern, reactive, and proven technologies. We always select the technology for a web application based on its intended functionality. What can you gain from a web application?
The turnaround time for a web application depends primarily on the planned functionality. We can prepare a simple application, such as a product configurator, in as little as 10 business days. We determine the turnaround time for more advanced projects individually during the quote phase.
We offer technical support and application maintenance for an additional fee. We bill for this type of work on an hourly basis.
Limitations are usually hardware-based. If we ignore hardware limitations, we can add virtually any conceivable feature to a web application.
We provide a 12-month warranty on every application we perform.
